Open Source Content Management Systems

As you undertake your web design or development project you need to think about who is going to manage the website content. If the answer is you or your staff, then you need to consider a Content Management System (CMS). But many Content Management Systems are expensive and proprietary (meaning the company who provides it for you is the only one who can truly support it). In some instances a proprietary CMS is the way to go, but many times an Open Source CMS will more than fit your needs.
